Apply now to participate in the 2nd annual Kings & Queens of Ink Tattoo Expo! Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, fill out the application form below. A deposit is required to secure your booth. The remaining balance will need to be paid by August 1st, 2024. Payments are non-refundable.

Health Department Information :

Department of Health fees are $75.00 per artist.

Mail money orders payable to the Mississippi Department of Health with this Health Department Form, Current Government-Issued ID, Current Tattoo License, and Current Blood Borne Pathogen Certification to:
